LEDchip Indus Power Hi-Flux LED 30mA & 50mA with single & double chip solid sate light applications. This emitter with silicon lens technology provides the good life and can be reflow soldered at 260°C. The light output decay less than 10% at severe stress conditions (700mA, 85°C ,85%RH) proves high reliability. Due to Phosphor technology the White show good color stability(less than 50K shift with Tj at 100°C).Thanks to special lens design user gets uniform light without any secondary optics. It is used for illumination applications. It operates at the lower current levels of 20 mA where brightness output is of 3,000 mcd. It is packaged on high thermal conductive material with four leads which quickly drain the heat away and keep the LED temperature down for efficient operation. It can be used to simulate point light source for enhanced optical performance. It is developed for sunlight applications like traffic control lights, automobile brake lights, and outdoor signs.
